Additional family member discount: 20%

Volunteer commitment (per participant, per year)
- 1 full casino shift
- 2 half casino shifts
- 12 hours of dojo-organized community-based volunteering
Beginner's Specials
- When Beginner's Special terms end, participants are automatically transitioned to the monthly recurring payment plan.
- If a pause is required during a monthly recurring payment plan (a suspension of the payment of fees), 4 months of fees (without commitment) are required to be paid before the monthly recurring payment plan can be reinstated.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
Recurring Monthly
- We require 1 month's notice to cancel recurring monthly payments.
- To suspend monthly recurring payments, 4 months of fees (without commitment) are required.
Monthly (without commitment)
- Refunds requested up to one week prior to the start of the month - full refund (minus $25 admin fee).
- Refunds requested within 7 days of the start of the month or after the start of the month - refund provided for medical reasons only, doctor's note required. Refund amount is prorated based upon the number of classes remaining in the month (minus $25 admin fee).
- Refunds requested up to one week prior to the start of the term - full refund (minus $25 admin fee).
- Refunds requested within 7 days of the start of the term or after the start of the term - refund provided for medical reasons only, doctor's note required. Refund amount is prorated based upon the number of classes remaining in the term (minus $25 admin fee).
- Uniform must be returned in new condition for Beginner's Specials refund. Otherwise full cost of the uniform is deducted from the refund amount.

- Refunds requested with 1 or more practices attended - refund provided for medical reasons only, doctor's note required. Refund amount is prorated based upon the number of practices remaining in the pass (minus $25 admin fee).
