Private aikido classes - Week of Mar 5th

In preparation for our annual winter seminar with Yumi Nakamura shihan and Jim Barnes sensei next weekend, I will not be teaching any day time classes on Wed Mar 7th or Fri Mar 9th (including noon-hour class on Fri Mar 9th).

Regular day time classes will run on Mon Mar 5th only.

Everyone is invited and most welcome to attend the seminar next weekend.  Both Yumi Nakamura shihan and Jim Barnes sensei are highly respected aikidoists.  More info can be found here:
