Annual Calgary Aikido New Year's (under 18yrs) Weapon's Camp Jan 26th & 27th, 2018

Our 3rd annual New Year's Weapon's Camp for ranks green belt and higher will be held on Friday January 26th - Saturday January 27th, 2018 at BigRock Aikikai's Main Dojo - 7004 5th Street SE, Unit G.  

This training camp is open to students of any Aikido affiliation.  Students will participate in an intensive Tanren Uchi (striking) class on Friday evening followed by social activities.  One intensive class is scheduled for Saturday morning followed by a special weapon's class taught by David Skakoon Sensei from Noble House Kenjutsu.  A snack will be provided Friday evening as well as breakfast Saturday morning.  Please ensure all students eat dinner Friday evening before coming to the dojo.

Attendance at this camp is limited to 30 so please register soon.

5:00-6:30 - Arrive, register and prepare
6:30-9:00 - Intensive Tanren Uchi session
9:00 - Snack & Movie

Sat Jan 27th
8:00-9:00 - Breakfast
9:00-11:00 - Intensive class
10:00-12:30 - Special weapons class taught by David Skakoon Sensei
12:30 - Depart
