Annual Calgary Aikido New Year's (under 18yrs) Weapon's Camp Jan 27th & 28th, 2017

Our 2nd annual New Year's Weapon's Camp for ranks green belt and higher will be held on Friday January 27th - Saturday January 28th, 2017 at BigRock Aikikai's Main Dojo - 7004 5th Street SE, Unit G. This training camp is open to students of any Aikido affiliation. Students will participate in an intensive Tanren Uchi (striking) class on Friday evening followed by social activities. One intensive shinai class is scheduled for Saturday morning followed by a special weapons class taught by David Skakoon Sensei from Noble House Kenjutsu in Edmonton. A snack will be provided Friday evening as well as breakfast Saturday morning. Please ensure all students eat dinner Friday evening before coming to the dojo.

Attendance at this camp is limited to 30 so please register soon.

8:00-9:00 - Breakfast
9:00-10:00 - Intensive Shinai class
10:00-Noon - Special weapons class taught by David Skakoon Sensei
Noon - Depart
