First Annual Instructor Training Program Technical Camp - February 26, 2016

Our first annual Overnight Technical Camp for students of BigRock Aikikai's Instructor Training Program will be held on Friday February 26th - Saturday February 27th, 2016 at BigRock Aikikai's Main Dojo - 7004 5th Street SE, Unit G.  Students will participate in two intensive training classes on Friday evening followed by social activities.  Skills practice will happen during the regularly scheduled classes on Saturday morning.  ITP students of all ranks are encouraged to participate.  A snack will be provided Friday evening as well as breakfast Saturday morning.  Please ensure all students eat dinner Friday evening before coming to the dojo.

Fri Feb 26th
5:30-6:00 - Arrive, register and prepare
6:00-7:30 - ITP class #1
7:45-9:00 - ITP class #2
9:00 - Snack & Movie

Sat Feb 27th
7:30-8:30 - Breakfast
8:30-10:30 - Skills practice during regular classes
10:30 - Depart
