Third Annual BigRock Aikikai Parent Appreciation Evening - April 10th, 2015

As a small token of appreciation for all your efforts in helping to keep your kids involved with Aikido, we would like to take them for an evening.  Take this opportunity for a night-out!  Bring your kids to the dojo and we will feed and entertain them (pizza, movie, magician, games). 

Do you have kids who don't practice Aikido?  Bring them too!  This is not an Aikido training event so all kids are welcome.

Date:                  Friday, April 10th, 2015
Drop off time:  any time after 6:00pm
Pick-up time:   any time before 11:00pm (please make sure you arrive to pick up your child before 11:00pm)

Dojo address:  7004 5th Street SE, Bay G

To register, please email info@BigRock-Aikikai.com by Wednesday April 8th,2015 with the names of the children who will be joining us and an emergency contact number where we can reach you.  Please include the names and ages of any of your children who are not practicing Aikido students that you will be leaving with us for the evening.  Please use “Parent Appreciation Night” in the subject line of your email.

This year, we will have to cap the number of kids who can participate (I was a little surprised last year by how many kids we had).  When I have received your email, I will respond with a confirmation number.  You must have a confirmation number in order to bring your kids to the event.  Participation is capped at 50 kids.
